From the moment she was young, Alanna Glennon has been captivated by the magic of circus acrobatics. Starting her training at just 11 years old, she has poured her heart into every flip, spin, and aerial feat, chasing her lifelong dream of performing with a major circus company.
But Alanna’s path hasn’t been easy. At 17, a serious shoulder injury from cheerleading left her battling intense nerve pain and forced her to completely rebuild her shoulder strength from the ground up. Then, at 21, a work accident caused a severe concussion that sidelined her for two full years. Vertigo, frequent migraines, and the challenge of rebuilding her balance tested her determination like never before.
Through resilience, dedication, and sheer love for her craft, Alanna has overcome both setbacks. Four years later, she’s back stronger than ever — confidently performing big drops and spinning sequences once again.
Now, as a passionate performer and inspiring youth instructor at Elevated Fitness Mt., Alanna brings her hard-earned experience and infectious enthusiasm to every class and every performance. Her story is a powerful reminder that with heart and perseverance, we can rise above any challenge and return to what we love most.
Catch Alanna in action or join one of her youth classes at Elevated Fitness Mt. — where she’s helping the next generation discover the joy and strength of circus acrobatics!
